Shipping & Delivery
At Yu Jin Jewellery, each piece is prepared with care. Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order, so delivery times may vary.
UK Delivery: Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 Days). Complimentary UK delivery is available on orders over £150.
International Delivery: We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email, or log into your account to view order status.
Our team typically responds within 24 hours on business days. For urgent enquiries, please mention this in your subject line and email studio@yujinjewellery.com.
Returns & Exchanges
At Yu Jin Jewellery, each piece is made with care and intention. We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return: To request a return, please email studio@yujinjewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number, your name and items you would like to return with the return reason. Returned items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition, returned in the original packaging, and free from damage, marks, perfume, or signs of wear. Once your return is approved, please send the item to the return address provided in the email. Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving proof that they have been sent back, if earlier. If an item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value. Duties, taxes, and customs charges on international orders are not refunded unless required by law.
Faulty items: If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please email studio@yujinjewellery.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Custom pieces: Bespoke, custom-made, customised, personalised, and engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Non-returnable items: Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges through the website. If you would like a different item, please return your original order in line with this policy and place a new order separately.
If you have any questions before placing an order, please contact studio@yujinjewellery.com and we will be happy to help. The UK distance-selling cancellation right does not apply in the same way to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods.
Jewellery Care
At Yu Jin Jewellery, each piece is made with care and should be worn with care in return. To help preserve its finish and condition over time, we recommend treating your jewellery gently and storing it carefully when not in use.
How to care for your jewellery: Store your jewellery in a dry, safe place and keep it away from water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals. We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. To clean, use a soft cloth and handle delicate details, stones, moving parts, and finishes with extra care.
Natural wear: Some materials, especially silver, may naturally tarnish over time. This is normal and can be reduced with careful storage and regular gentle cleaning.
Variation: Some pieces are made in small batches or finished by hand, so slight variations may occur. These subtle differences are part of the character of the work.

Size Guide
Finding your ring size: We recommend visiting a local jeweller for professional sizing. Alternatively, you can measure an existing ring that fits well or use a ring sizer or measuring tape where appropriate.
Between sizes: we generally recommend choosing the size that feels most comfortable for the way you like to wear your jewellery. We suggest sizing up for comfort, especially for wider bands.

Custom sizing: Custom sizing may be available for selected pieces. If you are interested in a custom size, please get in touch before ordering to discuss availability.

Repairs & Bespoke
At Yu Jin Jewellery, each piece is made with care and intended to be worn over time. We may be able to offer repair services, as well as selected bespoke and custom work, depending on the piece and the nature of the request.
Repairs: If your jewellery becomes damaged or needs attention, please email studio@yujinjewellery.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. Repair costs and timelines vary depending on the design, materials, and extent of the damage.
Bespoke & Custom: Selected bespoke and custom enquiries may be accepted depending on the project. This can include custom sizing, personalisation, or the development of a piece in response to a specific idea. If you are interested, please email studio@yujinjewellery.com with a short description and any relevant references.
Please note: Bespoke, customised, personalised, and engraved pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
